that address is the same address as "cloudbreak entertainment", which is owned by conrad riggs (i.e., the guy who apparently gave funding to the creators at some point), presumably this is also the office space that riggs gave to lg15 to use? but EQAL lists an address in "menlo park, ca"

"big companies" incorporate in delaware, or sometimes investors want companies to be incorporated in delaware.

OK, i found something more!11 EQAL doesn't sound a real brand name, but i checked the us trademark office, and ...
